Frequently asked questions

Our original card creator was based on Adobe Flash, which will be completely discontinued at the end of 2020. For that reason we have updated our website and ID creator so that you can continue using our service after Adobe Flash is no longer supported by all major browsers.The new version of our card creator works exactly the same as our original version but we've added some improvements to make the card creation process even faster and easier.

Yes, you can upload your own artwork using our blank template. Please upload 300DPI resolution image in a JPG, PNG or GIF file,

We recommend image in 300 dpi resolution not larger 2MB and 640 x 480 pixels.

No, card slots are optional and can be selected during check out. Horizontal cards are punched on the long side and vertical cards on the short side unless specified otherwise.

Yes, we offer variety of fasteners, such as Clips, breakaway lanyards, magnets and clear vinyl sleeves. All accessories can be selected during check out.

Most of the time it is because your credit card declines the transaction, this can be easy solved by contacting the credit card to verify the purchase.

You can check if your order went through by visiting your account’s order history panel. All transactions are listed there by date, newest to oldest.

Login to your account and click on the Order history link. You will see all your transactions listed by date, newest to oldest. Select order-date and access printer friendly version of your receipt.

Tracking number is emailed to your registered email address as soon as your mailing label is printed. You can also login to your account and click on the order history link to access your transaction details along with tracking number.

All orders are final and non-refundable.

Because we strive to process all orders the same business day, we can only accommodate requests for changes If we are notified about it immediately and before order is sent to production.

We can only cancel orders that haven’t been sent to production. Once your mailing label is printed and tracking number appears in your order status, your transaction is considered finalized and we can no longer accommodate cancellation requests. Please keep in mind that in most cases orders are processed within an hour.

Most orders placed by 3PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. We use USPS ground and Priority mail.

We use CR80, 30 mil thick, durable, white PVC cards that are credit card size, 3.370w × 2.125h inches.
